Former Starling Bank Chief People Officer brings more than 25 years of experience across fintech, banking, insurance and energy

Yallop brings more than 25 years of experience building high-performing, inclusive organizations across fintech, banking, insurance and energy. She joins Rimes from Starling Bank, the UK’s first digital bank, where she served as Chief People Officer and led the people function through a period of rapid growth. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at BP Plc, ABN AMRO NV and Hiscox Plc, and founded an independent HR consultancy supporting organizations through transformation.
